“I wear crazy stuff just so people see me,” says Chuck of riding a bicycle or motorcycle around town. Unfortunately, Memphis has not always been a friendly place to those using alternate modes of transport, although we are hopeful that it’s getting better. While we’re waiting, we can revel in the boldness, sparkles, and stripes of folks like Chuck.
